PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All products and services within the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD).  Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.  These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to policy within the Customer Care guidelines.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the quantities of any products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.  We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

PAYMENT

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.  We implement the strictest Payment Card Industry requirements.  All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks.  PEOPLE ARE STRANGE reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.  After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we offer promotions on our site that will clearly state the time frame in which they are honored, as well as any other limitations or exclusions applicable.  We reserve the right to revise or cancel any promotion without notice.  Should promotions be used incorrectly or abused, orders can be cancelled at our discretion.  PEOPLE ARE STRANGE will not honor any promotions listed outside of our website and social media platforms.

VARIANCE

Although we strive for consistency in color and quality, please note not all pieces are exactly identical.  All jewelry is hand crafted and may have slight variance in color and size.  Your piece will bear individual characteristics and vary slightly from images on the site.  We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of the jewelry.  Please refer to the FAQ section for proper ways to care for Sterling Silver and plated jewelry.  If this is ignored and the plating does in fact fade, an exchange WILL NOT be accepted.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Please note that our website may contain links to other websites that have their own privacy policies and practices.  Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by our website’s Terms of Use.  You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.

DISCLOSURE
