A: All jewelry is custom made and shipped from either Los Angeles, California, or Brooklyn, New York, USA.
Q: Who will deliver my goods?
A: PEOPLE ARE STRANGE uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic and international delivery. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the Continental United States, before applied tax and freight. There is a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee for standard domestic orders under $250. There is a $48 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. Please note that additional shipping, duties, and taxes assessed by customs are the customer's responsibility. It is the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package, which may delay delivery of some packages.
Q: What is the order change and cancellation policy?
A: We are not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Orders do not go into production until full payment has been processed and approved. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete from production, within 4-6 weeks. Delivery times will vary depending on location, but we work our hardest to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your shipment.
Q: Can I supply my own shipper account number?
A: No, we do not use customer-provided shipping accounts.
For all orders, please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. PEOPLE ARE STRANGE is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.
