Q:  When will I receive my order?

A:  All products are custom made to order in Los Angeles, CA or Brooklyn, New York.  Orders do not go into production until full payment has been processed and approved.  Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete from production, within 4-6 weeks.  Delivery times will vary depending on location, but we work our hardest to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Q:  What materials is the jewelry made of?

A:  The jewelry is made of natural pure and precious materials.  We work with .925 Sterling Silver and 14 Karat Gold.

Q:  What is Oxidized Sterling Silver?

A:  It is the same quality as .925 Sterling Silver, but oxidized to create a darker look.

Q:  What type of plating is used?

A:  All platings are 14 Karat Gold. The base metal is solid .925 Sterling Silver.

Q:  What is my ring size?

A:  All PEOPLE ARE STRANGE rings are standard US sizes.  We are responsible for sending you the ring size ordered, however the customer is responsible for choosing their ring size.

Q:  What does variance in jewelry mean?

A:   Although we strive for consistency in color and quality, please note not all pieces are exactly identical.  All jewelry is hand crafted and may have slight variance in color and size.
