Q: What is the return policy?
A: For PEOPLE ARE STRANGE online purchases only, we will accept full-priced, unworn/unused merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY. There is a $9 shipping/restocking fee for all exchanges.
Please email us at INFO@PEOPLEARESTRANGE.COM prior to shipment and detail the reasons for your return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If approved for store credit, a Code # will be processed and issued to you. If approved for an exchange, we will send a replacement within 4 weeks.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that all packages be sent back to us via courier with a tracking number. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, so please take care when posting.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
A: We accept returns for full-priced items only. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Q: What is your price adjustment policy?
A: We are unable to offer a price adjustment for items on sale or any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Q: Will you accept returns from a PEOPLE ARE STRANGE stockist?
A: Returns may not be made from a stockist. Please visit the stockist where the item was purchased from and follow their Return Policy.
